Percy Robert Ramsay (1848-1888) married Emmeline Rebecca  Marie Lord in 1874. Emmeline was a granddaughter of Simeon Lord, and therefore a cousin. Percy died in Queensland, and is buried at Toowong Cemetery.  Emmeline died at Leura, in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, and is buried at the Ramsay Graveyard. Percy was part owner with Edward Pearson Ramsay and James Ramsay of the sugar plantation Iindah, at Maryborough in Queensland. Percy lived at Iindah, and managed the property.
