OTHER HONOURS                                                                                   MRS. JESSIE PLAYFAIR WALKER, of Bondi, has been honorary treasurer of the Bondi-Waverley branch of the Red Cross Society for 20 years. She has for many years been a member of the board of the War Memorial Hospital and a member of the committee of the Scarba Home for Children. Mrs. Walker is an active member of several organisations assisting men and women in necessitous circumstances.
